Redmi Note 7S launches 480,000-pixel camera, Snapdragon 660 and 6.3-inch display


As expected, Xiaomi launched a new Redmi midstream in India today. Yes, we are talking about the new Redmi Note 7S, a smartphone designed to bring a 48MP camera to everyone.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S replicates the same gap 6.3-inch full HD + IPS LCD display from Redmi Note 7, with 1080 x 2340 pixel resolution and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Gorilla Glass 5 not only protects the front but also the back, giving you a full glass body with a metal frame.

At the heart of the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, which combines 3/4 GB RAM and 32/64 GB internal storage. Both models have a hybrid SIM slot that allows you to insert a second SIM card or add a microSD card.

A 4,000 mAh battery is provided, and 10 W fast charging is supported by the included charger. Please note that the Quick Charge 4 charger can be purchased separately to take advantage of the 18 W charging feature on the device. The operating system is an Android 9 Pie customized with MIUI 10.

The dual camera settings on the back include a 48MP main sensor, f / 1.8 aperture + 5MP depth sensor. In addition to the photography department, additional support for PDAF, Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), Vertical Portrait mode and LED flash is also available. There is a 13MP self-timer snap on the front, located in the groove.

The Redmi Note 7S has a fingerprint scanner on the back and a 2D facial recognition system. In terms of connectivity, we found dual SIM support, 4G VoLTE, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, USB-C and 3.5mm audio jacks. The 3GB / 32GB version of the Redmi Note 7S is available for purchase in the rupee. 10,999 (about 150 euros) or about 23,000 Pakistani rupees.
